Home Improvement 365 collects information at several points on this website. If you request home improvement quotes or information, we ask for personally identifiable details such as your name, address, email address, and phone number. We need this information to process your request and to contact you if needed.

Once you submit your name, address, and email, that information may be shared with third-party companies so they can provide quotes or information that best fit your project.

If your personal information changes, or you no longer want our service, you may correct, update, delete, or deactivate it using our Contact Us form.

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services, and as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

• Right to access. Request the specific personal information we have collected about you. California residents may make this request up to twice in a 12-month period.
• Right to correct. Ask us to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to delete. Ask us to delete personal information we have collected about you. We may not fully honor a deletion request if we still need the information to complete a transaction, detect fraud, exercise our rights, or comply with the law.
• Right to data portability. Request a copy of personal information you provided to us in a portable, readily usable format, where technically feasible.
• Right to restrict or limit use. Restrict the sharing or sale of your personal information, or limit our use of sensitive personal information, in circumstances allowed by law.
• Right to opt out. Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, and certain profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
• Right to non-discriminatory treatment. You have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

How to exercise your rights. You do not need an account. You may contact us online or by mail:

• Access, correction, deletion, portability, or other privacy questions: use our Contact Us form, or write to Home Improvement 365, 10115 E Bell Rd, STE107-452, Scottsdale, AZ 85260. In your request, say you are making a state privacy rights request, and include your full name, email, phone, state of residence, and the right you want to exercise.
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, including for targeted advertising: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.
• Stop marketing emails: Unsubscribe.

We may need additional information to verify your identity. We will only use details you provide in a privacy request to process that request. We aim to respond within 45 days, or as otherwise required by your state’s law. In some cases there may be legal or other legitimate reasons we cannot fully honor a request. You do not have to pay a fee to exercise these rights.

Authorized agents. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent should use Contact Us and include written permission signed by you. We may also ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

Appeals. If we decline your request and your state’s law provides an appeal right, reply to our decision through Contact Us within a reasonable time, explain why you disagree, and we will review it. If we deny the appeal, we will explain how you can contact your state attorney general or other regulator where applicable.

California “Shine the Light.” California residents may request information about the categories of personal information we shared with third parties for those parties’ direct marketing purposes, and the identities of those parties, during the immediately preceding calendar year. Use Contact Us and note that it is a Shine the Light request. We are only required to respond to one such request per customer each year.

By submitting your information, you may receive marketing communications from Home Improvement 365 and its third-party marketing partners. If you no longer want those communications, you can unsubscribe. If you submitted information under more than one email address, please send a separate request for each.

Information shared with, or collected by, third parties is subject to those parties’ own privacy policies. Contact them directly if you do not want to hear from them.

We may share personally identifiable information with companies that help us operate our business, such as customer service or quote matching. Those companies are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services to us.

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information and store it in log files. This may include IP address, browser type, internet service provider, referring and exit pages, operating system, date and time, and clickstream data. We do not link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you.

Home Improvement 365 and our partners, affiliates, and analytics providers may use cookies, beacons, tags, and scripts to analyze trends, administer the site, track movement around the site, and understand our audience. You can control cookies in your browser. If you reject cookies, some features of the site may not work as expected.
